| Shipping & Handling charges for orders with Standard Shipping are calculated using the sub-total of the order. All Items will be shipped within one business day of date that order was recieved. Returns We are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 60 days from your order date. (un-embroider merchandise only) Many internet stores charge re-stocking fees of up to 20% of the value of your order - NOT at Copleyshirts.com. We never charge re-stocking fees. Period! Simply email us at 3gsgolf@gmail.com with the reason for your return. We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA#) via email for you to print and include with your return. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges. All returns must be received within 60 days of the original order date. Return policy applies to un-embroider merchandise only. No returns accepted on embroidered merchandise. NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
